The Role

As the National Product and Treatment Manager, a newly created role within the Artisan Aesthetics brand, you will be responsible for creating and executing the non-invasive medical aesthetics category’s product management strategy and driving profitability and client satisfaction from new and existing treatments and products as well as transitioning products from acquired clinics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial outcomes for the Artisan Aesthetics Channel, through product and treatment lines
  • Scan the market for potential new products/treatments to implement
  • Recommend new product / treatments / packages / plans based on market research
  • Review, analyse and confirm commercial viability of potential new products/treatments (either from acquired clinics or new to market)
  • Plan implementation of products/treatments, including determining sales strategies
  • Implement new products/treatments, including the creation and delivery of relevant training, marketing and communication
  • Determine skills assessments required for clinical team for each product / treatment
  • Establish and agree channel targets and KPIs for new and existing products/treatments
  • Align team member rewards to the achievement of commercial outcomes
  • Manage relevant databases
  • Monitor commercial & customer outcomes

About you

You are an experienced results-oriented Product Manager who has a strong understanding of non-invasive medical treatments and products and experience within the industry. You possess strong commercial acumen skills combined with demonstrated abilities to promote revenue growth and drive highly profitable financial outcomes.

  • Extensive experience in product management and product launches
  • Experience in the non-invasive medical environment pharmaceuticals (or similar) industry
  • Strong project management experience & some experience in marketing
  • Strong commercial ability, including budgeting and data analysis
  • Understanding of the retailing environment and thorough knowledge of channel/product financials
  • Ability to translate strategy into action and set clear direction for the team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
