Artisan is looking for a highly skilled and organised individual to manage, administer and coordinate all clinical education and training that is undertaken across the group. This is a truly exciting role and is critical in shaping a network of highly skilled clinicians across the Artisan brand thus delivering on standards, safety and care for our clients.


About You

You will need to be a highly developed people leader with strong planning and execution skills who enjoys working in a cross-functional, collaborative team environment

Having experience in project management, operations and people leadership is essential

Experience in the aesthetic category is an advantage but not essential

You are passionate about maintaining standards and like the thought of being in at the ground level of a business that is set to take skin-health and wellness to the next level



The Role

As the Clinical Operations Manager, the key areas of focus are:

  • Manage and administer activities related to clinical training, education, coaching, observation and assessment. This includes managing and scheduling all training requests and the clinical education and training calendar
  • Consulting with suppliers and educators to coordinate activities related to clinical education and training
  • Maximising supplier education offerings in order to deliver a strong return on investment to the benefit of Artisan
  • Through effective resourcing and coordination, optimise the work direction and scheduling of the Telehealth team in order to ensure our clinics can deliver above expected outcomes, through effective resourcing and coordination


It’s important to us that you align with our values, including a desire to provide the best possible results. To achieve this in the Clinical Operations Manager role, you will: 

  • Coordinate the activities of the Telehealth team including recruitment, onboarding, rostering and continual training
  • Support the achievement of Artisan’s commercial and financial objectives by ensuring the Telehealth team, primarily made up of prescribing doctors, are meeting various KPIs relating to prescribing and clinical standards
  • Prioritise efforts to deliver quality and risk-free clinical outcomes by ensuring Standard Operating Procedures are kept up-to-date, accessible and adhered to
  • Work with the leadership team to ensure there are systems, policies and processes in place in line with Artisan’s strategy, for clinical education
  • Provide support in investigating and advising on new and superseded modalities, techniques and technology
