Artisan Aesthetic Clinics operates a network of 20 premium cosmetic clinics and is establishing a client services team to secure new client appointments and reschedule existing clients. At Artisan, we CARE (Clients Are Really Everything) and this is a pivotal role to ensure all clients receive exceptional service from their first interaction with Artisan.

The role

• Book client appointments through outbound calls
• Work in a busy call centre environment
• Achieve KPIs through highly personalised calls
• Act as an Artisan brand ambassador

About you 

You are driven to succeed, enjoy talking with clients in a busy phone environment and curious to understand clients’ needs so you can use appropriate strategies to secure appointments.        

• Experience in outbound appointment setting (essential)
• Beauty, aesthetics and/or cosmetics industry (desirable)
• Exceptional data entry skills, including effective client notes
• Strong communication skills 
• Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of clinics
