Due to an internal promotion, Artisan Aesthetic Clinics is looking for a Client Experience Consultant to play a pivotal role in cultivating an amazing in-clinic and aftercare experience to our clients. As the first point of contact, you will need a client-centric approach, be able to build an instant rapport and drive a desired outcome for our clients and clinic. You will be eager to actively promote suitable products and treatments to clients and will truly enjoy supporting them on their skin journey.

About You

• Proven experience providing an exceptional, personalised experience to clients including scheduling appointments and assisting in determining what booking / treatment is most suitable
• Ability to contact clients directly and make appointments over the phone
• Eagerness to support the clinical team to follow-up with clients post treatment, and communicate client updates with the clinical team
• Experience in maintaining accurate client records to ensure an effective and accurate database
• Keen eye for detail to ensure the clinic is presented to the highest standard
• Professionalism and an immaculate presentation
• Proven ability to work autonomously with competing priorities
